J Resources currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following role for our mining operations : 

Superintendent – Hydrology & Hydrogeology

Requirements :

1. Master of hydrology is advantages or Bachelor Degree in mine engineering or geology with related experiences
2. Considerable experience and exposure in mine dewatering, pumping bore production of groundwater, constamined water site investigations, slope depresarization and Acid Mine Drainage
3. Familiar with planning, installation, and monitoring of dewatering well and piezometer bores
4. Conduct pit slope depressurization program horizontal drilling & groundwater investigations and project management
5. Managing hydrological data base, data analysis and interpretation
6. Groundwater and surface water modeling – developing conceptual and numerical models
7. Proficient with related hydrogeological software
8. Closely liaison with other relevant departments (mine planning, mining operation, processing, project and environmental)
9. Minimum of 8-10 years working experience within hydrogeology aspect of active operating mines and Experience in a metalliferous mining operation environmental will be preferred.
