PT KTC Coal Mining & Energy, we are looking for suitable candidates for project in Kalimantan Timur and Kalimantan Tengah as:

Senior Project Manager

Job Requirements:

  1. 40 to 45 year old
  2. Bachelor degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering or Geology
  3. Preferred minimum 10 years senior level experience in Coal Mining (reputable coal mining contractor is advantage)
  4. Good knowledge of operating mine planning and scheduling software such as Minescape, Mine, and Xpac
  5. Demonstrates an ability to successfully manage projects, schedules, budgets, and encompasses excellent skills in organizational, planning & problem solving
  6. In depth multi-tasking capabilities’ and conversant with project management tools and techniques (mining management principles, mine planning, mine operation, mining activities flow, geology, HSE, financial and management)
  7. Broad understanding external and internal economic factors affecting business
  8. Business acumen and solid financial skills to handle capital appropriation, costing and budget responsibilities
  9. Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control system
  10. Able to identify appropriate work methods and productions
  11. Excellent analytical, evaluate, supervisory, team development and interpersonal skills
  12. Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team
  13. Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline
  14. Good command of English (verbal and writing)
  15. Possess POM certification
