PT Copper Gold Mining Company is an Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold minig, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our EPC Project – Mill Process Fixed Plant Expansion, we require someone who is able to adapt with dynamic and under pressure environment to be carried out with rapid progress, highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position:

Senior Specialist Quality Control Project and Revitalization

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineer
2. A substantial amount of time spent working in Design and supervisory capacity on infrastructure projects (12 + years Min), and has 7 years’ experience in Project Management level or similar roles related to Quality Control Project & Revitalization
3. Expert on preparing quality management plan, supervision projects, and engineering standard
4. Additional advantage to have Coating Inspector Certificate, Welding Inspector Certificate, and NDT Certificate
5. Understand to inspect and control quality of all discipline ; Familiar with Mining Standard Design for facilities and infrastructure
6. Expert on AutoCAD, and Microsoft office
7. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and Advanced computer skills;

Jobdesc :

1. To inspect, measure, testing and commissioning installation on the field. Accept and reject finish items.
2. To Coordinate the projects & work together with other Project engineering team to Supervise the projects or Revitalization works
3. Coach and mentor field team to follow standard specification and quality.
4. Coordinate with engineering team to prepare Inspection Test Plan (ITP). Prepare quality report. ensure the work is performance meet with Company standard specification and regulation.
5. Coordinate the Project or Revitalization works
6. Comply with P2K2, PTO and regular safety inspection (weekly or monthly)
7. Work with Engineering team to prepare ITP
8. Prepare checklist and quality form
9. Supervise the projects during construction
10. Work with SCM team during to inspect quality of materials
11. Provide quality report of the projects started during project design process, project construction until project completion
12. Inspect every task and to make sure all done in a good manner
13. Report to Superintendent all issue in the field related to employees or related to works.
14. During the design process, prepare the cost estimation
15. May propose new procedure to ensure effective and efficient Facilities & Services Department.
16. Actively encourage and support team members to participate in decision-making processes and to assume responsibility and exercise initiative.
17. Encourage and promote continuous improvement by constantly looking for opportunities to improve work practices and procedures.
