PT Copper Gold Mining Company is an Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold minig, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.
To support our EPC Project – Mill Process Fixed Plant Expansion, we require someone who is able to adapt with dynamic and under pressure environment to be carried out with rapid progress, highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position:
Superintendent Project Planning & Controller
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Civil engineering with 5 years’ experience in Project management level or similar roles related to Project Management Infrastructure and Project Planning and Control, as Superintendent Project Planning & Controller;
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in planning and controlling of Construction infrastructure with 8+ years in Senior Supervisory or minimum 5+ years in Superintendent roles related to Project Planning and Control Infrastructure projects on remote mine sites; Proven experience as a superintendent in the same industry preferred
- Have SKA Project Management Certified and PMP Certified
- Expert to prepare construction schedule; Expert on Material take off and cost estimation; Expert cost report ; Expert budgeting and forecasting
- Expert on Ms Project or Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Good in manage and develop staff including setting objectives, performance management, training & coaching/ mentoring, succession plan, and handling industrial issues; good analytical; conflict resolution; team work and work collaboratively; good analytical (data analysis and statistical analysis);
- Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
Jobdesc :
- To coordinate Engineering Team and Field Team. Together with Engineering Team to prepare schedule of construction duration, manpower, equipment, and budget. Together with Field Team to measure the progress and analyze project achievement. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Compile all data to be collected as project data book and project lesson learnt. Coordinate with SCM Team to ensure materials schedule and budget review during bidding process. Superintendent to ensure all project activities meet with company safety policy and regulation.
- Coordinate the Project or Revitalization works
- Comply with P2K2, PTO and regular safety inspection (weekly or monthly)
- Prepare construction schedule and budget
- Prepare progress report and cost report
- Controlling progress, schedule, and cost
- Analyze project risk
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
- Prepare project close out
- Check and review invoice
- Provide report of the projects started during project design process, project construction until project completion
- Report to Manager all issue in the field related to employees or related to works.
- During the design process, prepare the cost estimation
- During construction phase to check and review invoice from business partner
