PT Merdeka Copper Gold Mining Company is An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our Mining Operational and expansion project, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :

Superintendent Facilities & Services Maintenance

What skills and experience do you need?

1. Graduate from university, preferable from engineering or related experience in maintenance infrastructure
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance infrastructure with 8+ years in in Senior Supervisory or Managerial roles related to Infrastructure projects on remote mine sites; Proven experience as a superintendent maintenance in the same industry preferred
3. Must have infrastructure knowledge in building (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and HVAC (heat ventilation air conditioning); Good knowledge about industry products and processes
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Good in manage and develop staff including setting objectives, performance management, training & coaching/ mentoring, succession plan, and handling industrial issues; good analytical; conflict resolution; team work and work collaboratively; good analytical (data analysis and statistical analysis);
5. Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;
6. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

Some of your duties will include:

1. To establish and maintain a department that is able to provide a high quality timely and sustainable service to all end users (clients).
2. To develop our employees and in particular employees in the group, ensuring employees are given every opportunity to develop and progress not only through Infrastructure, but other areas of the project should the opportunity arise.
3. To ensure all the infrastructure safely to use
4. Coordination with Supt. Planning, Cost to analyst the manpower utilization become effective and efficient.
5. Ensures that adequate resources are available to meet scheduled maintenance and repair needs.
6. Reviews all maintenance schedules and coordinates activities with other departments in order to ensure optimal equipment and operation availability to meet business needs.
7. Reviews and updates departmental procedures and policies, administers discipline, enforces company policy, and ensures compliance with state, federal, or other jurisdictional laws.
8. Responds to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of operational efficiency.
9. Develop, establish, implement and maintain Departmental policy, procedures and systems, and monitor the adherence of these procedures within company and its Business Partners.
10. Develop and maintain departmental plans that are pro-active in planning to ensure that the day-to-day operational needs are met while counterbalancing the strict operational and maintenance requirements in line with Indonesian or better standards.
11. Develop and enforce sound and practical standard operational and task procedures which fit the global standards while ensuring a continually improving approach on maintenance and operational services.
12. Sets goals and coordinates the activities of the department reports in the field, workshop and various administrative office ensure consistent and quality scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance are accomplished with minimal disruption to the operation.
13. Develop and enforce sound and practical standard operational and task procedures which fit the global standards while ensuring a continually improving approach to a better delivery of support and operational services.
14. Ensure that international-quality office and support infrastructure facilities are available which meet the needs of the company workforce their and Business Partners.

16. Manage Building and Infrastructure Maintenance; Industrial & Residential Building, Utilities (Water treatment/Sewage treatment), General Infrastructure, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping & Plumbing, Carpentry & Painting, Air-conditioning.
17. Manage Grounds landscaping, retaining wall, stone pitching, Tree Trimming, Grass cutting exclude Mine area,
