We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

PROCESSING MANAGER

Manage and lead Processing, Metallurgical, and Grade Control teams, whilst maintaining safety, behavior, and cost commitment consistent with Company value and standards.

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering, Metallurgy or equivalent.
• Min. 10 years’ mineral processing experience at Senior Supervisory level.
• Significant experience managing gold processing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill.
• Good written and presentation skill.
• Having POP certificate would be better.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Willing to be placed in all company location.
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all activities and related end-to-end operations (grade control, metallurgy, and laboratory), while respecting the company objectives, values, and SHE standards.
• Work closely with all mine services, including mining operations, mining engineering, and mining geotechnical.
• Support the cost-effective achievement of monthly and annual production targets in accordance with the project feasibility study, whilst adhering to company safety, environmental, operational, and engineering standards.
• Ensure the department’s long-term targets are identified and achieved through planning, scheduling, and strategy implementation.
• Optimize the metallurgical and environmental performance of the process plant through monitoring, test work, procedural changes, process control and innovation.
• Co-ordinate activities as part of the site leadership team to ensure the continuous supply of ore to achieve planned gold production, plant reliability and cost performance.
• Oversee the implementation of management initiatives and ensure appropriate alignment with strategy and the requirements of other departments.
• Implement and maintain a metallurgical accounting system to account for product, optimize plant operation and allow accurate grade reconciliation.
• Oversee and manage development of departmental budget consistent company objectives and strategic plans.
• Manage the performance and development of the Processing, Metallurgical, and Grade Control teams, applying performance management practices, and implementing training programs.
