Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Geologi
2. Laki-laki
3. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman bekerja di komoditas nikel (quality control)
4. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
5. Disiplin, berintegritas, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim
6. Bersedia ditempatkan di remote area dengan sistem kerja roster
