Civil Engineer

Job description:

• Work with Sales Engineer & Project Engineer teams in executing Solar projects.
• Conduct survey to assess the roof structure/strength and soil conditions.
• Calculate structural reinforcement for roof installations, including rafters, knee walls.
• Use applications/software to produce Civil assessments & calculations.
• Produce & review technical drawings based on international standard & best practice.
• Execute on-site Civil work together with Project Engineer team.
• Deliver cost-efficient solutions according to Project budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master of Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Load Analysis and (Rooftop) Structure Reinforcement.
• On-site project experience from Survey to Construction stage.
• Advanced skills in Engineering Design applications, e.g. AutoCAD, Sketchup, SAP2000.
• Experience with general spreadsheet and word-processing applications.
• Team-player who can work under minimum supervision.
• A minimum of 1 (one) year experience in Solar or general Engineering is preferred Certified Assessor or Surveyor is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
