Kriteria:

Pendidikan min D3/SS1 Teknik Pertambangan, Geologi atau jurusan terkait
Memahami standar analisis kualitas batubara (proximate, ultimate analysis, dll)
Mampu mengoperasikan peralatan laboratorium dan memahami prosedur sampling
Memiliki ketelitian tinggi, analitis, serta mampu bekera di lapangan
Pengalaman di bidang QC batubara lebih disukai
Penempatan Gunung Megang, Sumsel
