– Monitor and implement policies and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs at the work site. – Apply the principles of HSE Golden Rules and intervene when unsafe actions or activities that could lead to near misses or incidents are observed. – Conduct hazard identification and job risk assessments, and coordinate the documentation management of work permits at the work site. – Actively promote and remind workers about the importance of safety awareness and skills to consistently apply the “safety first” principle. – Perform regular HSE inspections, report findings, and make recommendations for follow-up to ensure workplace safety. – Check all loading and unloading of goods (raw materials and materials) at the work site, ensuring that received raw materials meet company specifications and standards. – Participate in the investigation team in the event of an incident at the work site. – Responsible for communicating work procedures, campaigns, policies, Critical Safety Life Rules (CSLR), and other relevant information. – Monitor and update the L SIM, HSE Passport, BST, and MCU for the FLS team in the SBS area. – Conduct daily and monthly reporting on the progress of HSE aspects in the field using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
