Qualifications:
- Related roles with 1–2 years of experience
- Structured technical training
- Hands-on field experience on active drilling sites
- Mentorship from Senior Engineers
- Career development opportunities in oilfield services
Hiring Process:
- Preliminary technical exam
- Face-to-face technical interview with our engineering team
- Intensive training program for selected candidates
