Safety Process Supervisor

Placement: Site – Kalimantan

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Oversee safety compliance in smelter operational processes
• Ensure proper PTW, JSA, and SOP implementation for high-risk activities
• Monitor equipment/process safety in smelting areas
• Conduct inspections, audits, and process hazard checks
• Support incident investigations and follow up corrective actions
• Coordinate with operations & maintenance to ensure safe work execution

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• 3–5 years experience as Safety/SPV in smelter industry
• Certifications: NDT, Welding Inspector, K3 Listrik, Pesawat Uap/Bejana Tekan
• Solid understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM)
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Willing to be placed on site – Kalimantan
