Penangung Jawab Operasional
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining / Civil / Mechanical or relevant fields)
- Must hold a valid POM Certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operations
- Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (HSE) and manpower regulations
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Relations, including:
- Handling employee grievances
- Preventing industrial disputes
- Coordinating with HR & Management
- Strong leadership skills; firm, communicative, and solution-oriented
- Willing to be assigned at the site area
