Mechanical Engineer
Placement: Jakarta, Indonesia
What we’re looking for:
- Graduation from Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in rig, oil, and gas mechanical system
- Able to run and operate AutoCAD software
- Experience building PMS/CMMS or reliability system is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Strong understanding of rotating and rig mechanical system
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PMS/CMMS from scratch, include asset hierarchy, equipment criticality, and maintenance workflow
- Predictive maintenance system establishment
- Preventive and condition-based maintenance stategy
- Identify, asses, track, and close equipment anomalies thought PMS/CMMS, ensuring effective corrective action and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies
- Develop and maintain maintenance documentation, equipment history, and KPI dashboards to support data driven maintenance decisions and reliability improvement
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to provide technical support, support equipment improvement and ensure maintenance activities comply with HSE requirements
- Identify critical spare parts and optimize iventory
