Jr. HSE & HR Support

Placement: Sunter, North Jakarta

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Good attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Must hold a valid AK3U certification
• Willing to work onsite in Sunter, North Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of HSE Plans and ensure proper implementation of HSE programs
• Manage and ensure compliance with CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System)
• Conduct safety monitoring, including safety talks and HSE activities
• Handle Employee Medical Check-Up (MCU) and related administration
• Manage employee attendance and support HR operational activities
• Assist in organizing internal company events
