PT Nusantara Bara Tambang (NBT Coal) adalah perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang berbasis di Jambi, Indonesia, yang berfokus pada operasional tambang dan produksi. Perusahaan ini diakuisisi oleh PT RMK Energy Tbk (RMKE) pada Juli 2024, menjadikannya bagian dari ekspansi strategis RMKE di Sumatera untuk meningkatkan produksi batubara in-house.

SHE Supervisor
Placement: Jambi
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Highly disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Strong cooperative skills for internal coordination and collaboration with external partners/contractors
- Preference will be given to candidates holding POP and K3L certifications
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all operational processes in Jambi comply with Good Mining Practice (GMP) standards and takes full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all subordinates.
- Develops weekly and monthly reports covering SHE Performance, Accident Reports, and HSE Programs (including Lagging & Leading Indicators).
- Monitor & analyze environmental aspects throughout the project lifecycle (both pre- and post-operational phases).
- Prepares quarterly, mid-semester, and annual reports for submission into the SIMPEL web portal
