PT Asiatek Energi Mitratama (AEM), established in 2017, is an independent engineering company providing leading edge engineering, design and consultancy services to the oil and gas industry and other energy sectors. AEM provides seamless engineering services across the whole life cycle of developments from early studies and concept work through to front end engineering, detailed engineering, procurement support, installation support, maintenance support through to end of life decommissioning. Our notable firsts include detail engineering on the Merekes development, the deepest deepwater development (1,500m WD) to date in Indonesia, as well as the first subsea decommissioning study in Indonesia.

Field Engineer

Position: Field Engineer
Contract: Project-based (with rotation system)

• Field engineering experience (oil & gas preferred)
• Experience in SURF installation works will be highly advantageous
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on-site in international locations
• Able to join on short notice (immediate availability preferred)
• Adaptable, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset
• Safety-first attitude (HSE compliance essential)
