Operation Department Head

Location: Site, Muara Enim

Qualifications:

• S1 Mining Engineering / Geological Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining operations, especially in operational supervisory or managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of mining operational management and Good Mining Practice implementation
• Capable of leading operational teams and achieving production targets effectively
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mining operational reporting systems

 Note: This position will be placed at Site Muara Enim with a 30:10 (Days) roster working system.
