Safety Officer

Project Location: North Sulawesi, Indonesia
Industry: Mining & Exploration Drilling
Employment Type: Contract Project Based
Indonesian Applicants Only

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen only
• Minimum 2 years experience as Safety Officer in mining, drilling, or construction projects
• Possess valid AK3 Umum certification
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety procedures
• Experience conducting toolbox meetings, inspections, and incident reporting
• Able to work in remote project locations and roster systems
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with mining site safety standards and PPE compliance 
• Able to prepare HSE documentation and reports

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all drilling operations are conducted safely and in accordance with company HSE standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard identification
• Lead daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Monitor workforce compliance with PPE and site safety procedures
• Prepare incident reports and safety documentation
• Coordinate with project supervisors and management regarding HSE matters
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project site
