Drilling Engineer Support

Job Description:

• Support drilling operation activities and engineering analysis
• Conduct drilling performance analysis, data collection, and reporting
• Assist troubleshooting and operational improvement initiatives
• Support cost optimization and operational studies
• Coordinate with drilling operation teams and related departments
• Support digitalization and reporting for drilling engineering activities
• Ensure all work complies with HSE policies and company procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum (Mandatory)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and technical reporting
• Willing to work on site and support field operations
• Strong commitment to HSE standards and procedures
• Eager to learn and adapt in dynamic work environments
