Lab Analyst

Location: Kawasan Industri Kendal, Central Java

Job Responbilities:

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials for LFP cathode production.
• Conduct in-process quality checks during each production stage.
• Operate and maintain testing instruments for Fe content and other material parameters.
• Prepare, analyze, and record test results in accordance with company Testing procedures.
• Support Testing team in identifying and documenting non-conformities.
• Assist in routine laboratory analysis and sample preparation.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with company quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical 2. Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with Fe content analysis and operation of relevant laboratory instruments, such as AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy) – for measuring metal concentrations including Fe, ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma – Optical Emission Spectroscopy) – for high-precision multi-element analysis, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer – for Fe²⁺/Fe³⁺ and other optical-based tests, XRD (X-ray Diffraction) – for crystal structure analysis, XRF (X-ray Fluorescence) – for elemental composition analysis, titration, and PH testing.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and laboratory safety.
• Willing to work in a production environment with strict safety regulations.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English is a plus, mandarin will be a advantage
• Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java
