SENIOR SITE PLANNER

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree/professional qualification in an appropriate discipline, or equivalency in terms of particular expertise or substantial direct relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in Project Planning and Controlling with at least 7 years as Sr. Planning Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Strong capability & knowledge in managing project schedules using Primavera software.
• Excellent knowledge in progress measurement, progress planning, & progress reporting.
• Excellent written & spoken in Bahasa Indonesia & English communications skills.
• Able to join immediately.
• Domiciled in Indonesia.
• Placement – Jakarta & Site (onshore/offshore) .

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and updating progress report & schedule (daily, weekly monthly) of Mobilization, Fabrication, Construction & Installation, Pre-Comm & Comissioning stage.
• Distributing Working Schedule Plan Activities regularly at site (Schedule Plan of every stage) to intern disciplines, & coordination with intern disciplines about which target activities should be achieved at first priorities.
• Collecting & compiling all evidence supplementary documents progress achievements during all stage.
• Monitoring & control allocated resources during all stage.
• Report to Sr. Project Control Engineer/Project Control Manager, also coordinate with all sites internal disciplines related to project.
• Monitoring & measuring actual work quantities at site during all stages.
• Preparing & updating quantity progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) based on approved drawings, BOQ, & actual site progress.
• Verifying installed quantities & work completion percentages.
• Preparing quantity measurement sheets & quantity tracking logs for all disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical & instrumentation).
• Collecting, compiling, & maintaining all supporting documents for quantity progress.
• Supporting progress measurement for project reporting & payment purposes by providing accurate quantity data.
• Coordinating with internal site disciplines to ensure consistency between actual work progress & reported quantities.
• Identifying quantity deviations between planned, actual, & approved scope & reporting them to Project Manager.
• Assisting in preparation of quantity handover data for Pre-Comissioning & Commisioning stages.
• Coordinating with all site internal disciplines related to project quantity & progress measurement.
