FACILITY MAINTENANCE (OPERATIONS) SUPERINTENDENT

Placement Prabumulih (local hiring preferably).

Qualification:

• With 5+ years in Oil & Gas O&M projects with deep O&M
• Lead end-to-end project execution, resource allocation, team leadership, project scheduling
• Understand project-commercial workflows (RAB – WO – PR – PO – Execution – BAPP – Invoice – Cash in)
• Have negotiation and collection capabilities to ensure smooth project cash flow
• Capable of delivering results under high pressure from both internal and external clients.
