Jr. Geologist (Field)

At Renuka Consultants Explorers & Designers Pvt. Ltd. (RCEDPL), we are expanding our Marine Geotechnical Investigations vertical and are looking to onboard a dynamic Geologist for Nearshore and Deep-Sea Investigations.

Jr. Geologist (Field)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute offshore & nearshore soil and rock investigations using rotary and vibro coring, CPT, PS logging, and sampling tools
• Manage multidisciplinary site teams and coordinate manpower for efficient field execution
• Act as technical liaison between field teams and clients, ensuring clarity in scope and expectations
• Interact with clients, consultants, and marine logistics teams for planning, execution, and reporting phases
• Oversee QA/QC on core recovery, description, and testing logs in compliance with project standards
• Support proposal writing, methodology formulation, and technical documentation for marine works

Candidate Profile:

• Postgraduate in Geology / Applied Geology
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Proven track record in managing site manpower and client coordination
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent technical findings to stakeholders
• Willingness to travel and stay at marine sites (coastal, barge-based, etc.) as required
