QHSE Supervisor

Point of Hire : Jakarta, Indonesia
Working Location : Office & Site Area

Required Qualifications :

• Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP ).
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position within the oil & gas ,or related.
• Communication: Native or professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for reporting and coordination.
• Strong understanding of SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
• Having certificate AK3 Umum certified by Kemnaker RI is mandatory.
• Experienced in handling QHSE audits and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High-Risk Management: Expert knowledge in LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), Arc Flash safety, Working at Height, and Critical Lifting operations.

Roles & Responsibilites :

• Ensure compliance with SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
  standards.
• Lead and manage QHSE audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding HSE matters.

• Responsible for conducting QHSE Inspection and Observation to review and assist related facilities design concept to comply Safety and Health requirement including PPE Matrix, Facility’s Safety Standard and Fire Prevention System.
