PT Kutai Bara Nusantara group is holding company of two coal concession namely, PT Ade Putra Tanrajeng, and PT Guruh Putra Bersama, operating in Tabang, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. These mines produces thermal coal of CV ranging from 3600 GAR to 4200 GAR and caters to domestic and international markets

MINE ENGINEERING LONG TERM SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize the long-term mine plan (Life of Mine Plan), including pit design, mining stages (pushback/sequencing), and waste dump placement.
• Manage and oversee the making of annual and long-term RKAB (Work Plan and Budget) submissions, ensuring strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, and timely approval by relevant government authorities, including the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
• Lead and mentor the Long-Term Planning Engineering team in developing and executing mine planning simulations and modeling to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine/Geological Engineering.
• Have min. 5-10 years of working experience in Mine Planning/Engineering Industry.
• Certified in POM and Competent Person Indonesia (KCMI/JORC).
• Have Mining Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Pertambangan) certification.
• Willing to be placed at our site project (East Kalimantan Area – Tabang)
