Senior Assessor/Consultant/Analyst

Requirements:

• Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4).
• Possess valid certifications including ISO 45001, Occupational Health and Safety Management (OHS), ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, and internationally recognized Lead Auditor certifications (e.g., KAN, IRCA, EAMA, OSA, etc.), as well as approved SMK3 Auditor certification from the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration.
• Understand and have at least 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with 4 years of experience in implementing ISO 45001, OHS, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, and integrated HSSE management systems.
• Have a good understanding of Indonesian HSSE regulations and international regulations related to health, safety, and environmental issues in the oil and gas sector.
• Capable of developing strategic processes and annual Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for new projects or existing official sites for further improvements approved by the COMPANY’s Representative.
• Conduct periodic and systematic monitoring and supervision on-site to ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and/or OHS and/or ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 9001 standards as per the schedule.
• Knowledgeable in operating Microsoft Office and its applications.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, demonstrated by a minimum TOEFL score of 450.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to deliver effective presentations.
• Capable of responding timely to communication requirements as per COMPANY’s needs.
• Able to manage actions until closure for all non-conformities, audit findings, and observations submitted, whether internal or external.
