Project Supporting Admin

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supporting Admin for Material Construction
• Preferably experienced in contractor industry / Oil & Gas company
• Accustomed to creating databases using Google Documents (Gsheet, Gdoc, Gform)
• Conduct daily database reports on tools and equipment needs in the field
• Prepare request sheets for tools, equipment, scaffolding, consumables, and PPE
• Coordinate with User Representatives in the field regarding the delivery of tools, equipment, and consumables, and ensure that the tools and equipment meet field needs and have been inspected by the QC Team
• Track tools and equipment being sent to the field and ensure they return to the warehouse
