PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals (NHM)’s shares are jointly owned by PT Indotan Halmahera Bangkit (75%) and PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. (25%) and the Company operates the Gosowong Gold Mine which is located in Halmahera Island in Indonesia’s eastern region.

Gosowong Gold Mine has been established as a NATIONAL VITAL OBJECT (Obvitnas) of Energy and Mineral Resources based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 63/2004 and the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) No. 77 K/90/MEM/2019.

Since acquiring the majority shares of NHM in 2020, PT Indotan Halmahera Bangkit is committed to operate Gosowong Gold Mine by prioritizing occupational health and safety, higher productivity, and positive contributions to the social, health and economic welfare of the communities, especially to those living around the mining site, the operational area of NHM.
