Site Office Administrator

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Min 3 years of experience an administrative role, preferably in a EPC construction or Fabrication project management environment
  • Experience on providing comprehensive administrative support to the site team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • English proficient
  • Project Location Batam
