Finance Project

Job Responsbilities:

• Ensuring all expenses are in accordance with suupporting documents
• Making monthly reports on Cash and Bank Expenditures and Receipts
• Has the right to refuse all requests for funds / payments withouut complete and clear supporting documents
• Makes a suummary of funding requests submitted by eac user, salary applications that ave been made by the site RD and have been approved by superlors at the site
• Managing money received from the head office in accordance with the previously submitted budget. And all money spent is accompanled by supporting documents
• Coordination with finance team (Head Office) regarding expenditure and income of project cas funds

Requirements:

• Male, Maximum 33 years old
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Finance staff
• Proficiency in online banking software, SAP & Microsoft Office
• Systematic, detailed and  well-organized
• Will be placed as project
• Can join immediately
