Mobile Jig Separator With Trommel For Diamond Processing
There are two types of diamond mines. One is primary mine, where rough diamonds are mined directly at the production site. The other is sand minerals, diamonds washed out by rain like gold pans. Among them, the content of diamonds in minerals is very low, and the efficiency of manual panning or sorting is low, so mineral processing is needed to extract diamonds. However, a jig separator/concentrator is a device that drives a pulse of water upward through a thick bed of settled sediment to keep it loose and agitated. The beneficiation effect for very low content placers and primary diamond ores is very significant.
Generally speaking, diamond ores are usually highly rare and they tend to exist in small-scale veins and are not mined on a large scale like other types of ore. Therefore, we developed a mobile jig with a trommel, which is a diamond processing plant that integrates washing, screening and gravity separation. While it is convenient for mobile operation, the recycling efficiency cannot be underestimated.
