Explosive Engineer

Location: On-site, Kalimantan

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or a related discipline
• Possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A) and willingness to be based at Kalimantan mining sites
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Min 2-3 years of experience in Drill  Blast operations, particularly in blasting applications, explosives usage, and field execution
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities, including preparation of technical reports, blast performance evaluations, and conducting in-depth investigations/root cause analyses for operational and blasting related issues
• Experience in managing or contributing to continuous improvement projjects related to Drill & Blast services (e.g., blasting optimization, productivity improvement, cost reduction, safety enhancement, or operational excellence) will be highly preferred
