Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, preferably as Supervisor level
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and budgeting
• Experienced in handling tax reporting (PPN, PPh, etc.) and familiar with Indonesian tax regulations
• Able to prepare and analyze financial statements accurately and timely
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, accounting software (Accurate) and Coretax
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and team management abilities
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Having Brevet A & B certification will be an advantage
• Placement: SCBD Sudirman, South Jakarta

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support management decision-making
• Maintain company compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Monitor and control financial transactions, budgeting, and cash flow effectiveness
• Support business growth through financial analysis and operational efficiency improvements
• Minimize financial and tax risks through proper controls and reporting processes
• Lead and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team to achieve department targets effectively
