Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and address any issues.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track project milestones and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project.
• Prepare and present project documentation and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and suggesting enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• at least 5 years of mechanical design experience in a similar field.
• Proven experience in project planning and management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
• Fabrication Knowledge: Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
• Basic drafting skills using AutoCAD are essential.
• Proficiency in English is preferred
