• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management within onshore, offshore, and EPCI projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and project management.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards, and regulations, in oil and gas industries.
