Safety Officer
Project Location: North Sulawesi, Indonesia
Industry: Mining & Exploration Drilling
Employment Type: Contract Project Based

Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen only
- Minimum 2 years experience as Safety Officer in mining, drilling, or construction projects
- Possess valid AK3 Umum certification
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety procedures
- Experience conducting toolbox meetings, inspections, and incident reporting
- Able to work in remote project locations and roster systems
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Familiar with mining site safety standards and PPE compliance
- Able to prepare HSE documentation and reports
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all drilling operations are conducted safely and in accordance with company HSE standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard identification
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Monitor workforce compliance with PPE and site safety procedures
- Prepare incident reports and safety documentation
- Coordinate with project supervisors and management regarding HSE matters
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project site
