External Relation Manager

Qualification:

• Having bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any major related
• Having min 15+ years of experience in the same role within Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Powe plant indutry project experience
• Capability and broad knowledge in managing external relation wiit local community and local goverment in project location
• Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and Englis communicqations skills

Job description:

• Biuld and maintain strong relationship with external stakeholders, incluuding clients, regulatory bodies, supplers, constructors and local communities, ensure effective comunication and faster log-term partherships to support project success
• Develop and implement public relations (PR) strategies to promote the company’s values, mission and achievements are communicated effectively to external parties
• Manage relationships with goverment agencies and regulatory bodies, ensure comience with local national, and international regulations and work to resolve any legal or regulatory issuues related to EPC projects
• Build and maintain strong relationship with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smoot project execution, manage issues related to contractual abligations, performance and communication.
• Engage with local communities and other external stakeholder to keep them informed about angoing projects and potential impacts, organize events, meetings and public consultations to address concerns and gather feedeback
• Identify potential risk to the company’s representative and take proactive steps to mitigate them, monitor public perception of the company and it’s projects, working to resolve any issuues that could form the company’s representative
• Ensuring the company’s positive positive impact on local communities and stakeholders. Develop and manage projjects that align with companys CSR goals and values
