General Manager Operation

Employment Status: Permanent
Work Location : Jakarta – Cilegon

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and
  reliable production.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production
  targets, quality standards, and safety performance.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, industry regulations, and
  company policies.
• Oversee and develop cross-functional operational teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering is preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Petrochemical industry.
• Mandatory experience in Chlor-Alkali and/or Ethylene Dichloride (EDC) processes.
• Proven experience in senior management or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, maintenance, and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
