Project HSSE Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety.
• 15 years of experience in engineering/facility projects including minimum 8 years of offshore oil and gas facility design and at least 5 years or 2 times offshore EPCI projects with similar scope as HSSE Manager.
• Hands-on experience in offshore construction activities, including but not limited to load out, sea fastening, sail-away, offshore installation and commissioning.
• Hold Oil and Gas Safety and Health Management System (K3LL) certification.
• Hold Oil and Gas Safety and Health Expert (K3LL) certification.
• Hold ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
• Hold Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis certification.
• Possess excellent communication and training skills.
• Excellent safety skills in English (verbal and written).
• In-depth understanding of Occupational, Health and Safety regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of risk management, CSMS, incident investigation, emergency response preferably certified.
• Ability in audit skills and competencies.
• Understanding in planning, implementing and monitoring of Occupational, Health and Safety.
• Ability to build a proactive safety culture (safety culture maturity model).
