Spv Mine Plan Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise mine planning activities, ensuring optimal extraction and efficient use of resources.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term mine plans that align with production goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility:

• Supervise and coordinate the development of mine plans and schedules.
• Analyze geological and geotechnical data to optimize extraction methods.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure the feasibility of mine plans.
• Monitor and update mine plans based on changing conditions and feedback.
• Prepare and present reports on mine planning activities and progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Utilize mine planning software and tools to design efficient mining operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in mine planning processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mine planning, having supervisory role experience would be a plus.
• Proficiency in mine planning software (e.g., Surpac, MineSight, or similar).
• Strong understanding of mining methods, geology, and geotechnical principles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
• Able & experienced to drive an LV unit, matic or non-matic.
• Work Location: Long Iram, Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur.
