PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP Mining) adalah entitas bisnis di grup Astra yang menyediakan jasa penambangan terintegrasi (Integrated Mining Services) dengan portofolio bisnis meliputi jasa kontraktor penambangan (Coal Mining Contractor), jasa pengangkutan (Road & Hauling Services Operator), dan jasa operator pelabuhan (Port Operator Services).

Knowledge Management Intern

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Communication, or Multimedia major.
• Good understanding and interest in the field of development.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle and Google Classroom.
• Strong writing skills, good at communication and discipline
• ⁠Willing to work from office and commit to 6 month internship.

Job Description:

• Develop training modules, curriculum, and learning materials.
• Monitor processes and evaluate competencies from the development programs delivered.
• Placement in JL Rawa Gelam 1 No.9 Kawasan Industri Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur
