Technical Proposal Engineering

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Proposal Leadership: Lead technical proposal efforts for Oil & Gas platform and pipeline EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects.
2. Tender Preparation: Develop comprehensive technical proposals, including technical bids, feasibility studies, and project execution plans.
3. Technical Writing: Author/coordinate technical documentation, such as project descriptions, and method statements.
4. Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
5. Client Engagement: Communicate technical aspects of proposals to clients, addressing queries and concerns.

Required Skills :

1. Technical Knowledge: Oil & Gas platform and pipeline EPCI projects.
2. Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
3. Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles, schedules, and resource allocation.
4. Communication: Excellent technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Software: Proficient in MS Office,and project management tools.
6. Collaboration: Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.

Desired Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Process, Chemical or Petroleum).
• 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas technical proposal engineering or related roles.
• Proven track record of successful proposal submissions and project executions.
• Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
• Able to join immediately.
• Domiciled in Indonesia.
• Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.
