Mine Operation Senior Supervisor

Overview :

• Supervise mining activities on area responsibility in accordance with 12 hours shift instruction and maintain equipment productivity to achieve shift production plan. He/She will control and provide direction to supervisors and operators for all mine production activities in order to achieve production targets in safety and efficient manner

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree of Mine Engineering or relevant major
2. Have minimum 10 years of work experience as mine supervisor or above level from reputed mining company, with great strength both in mine engineering and filed area
3. Hold POP certificate
4. Ability to understand work plan and take action to maintain productivity performance
5. Have strong leadership and supervise, effective communicator
6. Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH)
