QAQC Supervisor

Employee Status : Contract
Work Schedule : 8 : 2 Rooster

Responsibilities
1. Supervise QAQC activities in mining operations.
2. Ensure nickel ore quality meets company and customer specifications.
3. Oversee ore sampling, sample preparation, and laboratory testing.
4. Verify assay results and material quality before shipment.
5. Coordinate with Production, Grade Control, and Laboratory teams.
6. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs.
7. Prepare QAQC reports and implement corrective actions.
8. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality management standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QAQC experience in nickel mining.
• Knowledge of ore sampling, laboratory testing, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work at a mining site under a roster system.
• Site for our North Konawe location in Southeast Sulawesi
