was established on July 27, 2006, in Jakarta by PT Rekayasa Engineering, one of the leading engineering companies in Indonesia. When it was founded, RECARE’s main business was Man Power Supply to meet the workforce needs of PT Rekayasa Industri (REKIND), and along the way we also provide a professional workforce for bigger-scope projects.

Along with the development of the company, we also supply labor for REKIND subsidiaries, such as PT Rekayasa Engineering and others. Given the importance of a professional workforce RECARE also established a Design Engineering School to provide training to the public with the aim of creating a professional workforce who are experts in their fields. This Design Engineering School was the forerunner of the training center in RECARE. Currently RECARE also has a Building Management business that began in 2018 in response to the challenges of shareholders to make RECARE progress and develop.

Sr. Process Engineer

Location : Head Office (Jakarta Selatan)

Qualification :

• Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3 years in geothermal or power generation
• Proven experience in FEED, feasibility studies, and/or due diligence of geothermal surface systems.
• Familiarity with key geothermal equipment: separators, scrubbers, steam turbines, condensers, valves, pumps, heat exchangers, and reinjection systems.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat and mass balance, fluid dynamics, corrosion control, material selection, and geothermal-specific process challenges (e.g., non-condensable gas handling, silica scaling)
• Excellent understanding of Indonesian regulations governing geothermal operations
• Proficiency in process simulation software including HYSYS, UniSim, or equivalent platforms for modeling and analyzing process systems.
• Good reporting skills
