• Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun sebagai Mine Plan Engineer.
• Memiliki kemampuan leadership, teamwork, good communication, dan analisis.
• Mampu membuat design tambang.
• Menguasai Minescape, Surpac, ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD.
• Mampu mengarahkan dan memonitoring tim operational.
• Mampu bekerja secara team dan individu.
