Project Mechanical Estimator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experiences in Project Estimation/Budget/RAB for project Oil & Gas Industrial Pipeline Maintenance, Geothermal, Petrochemical and Power Plant.
• Able to read engineering drawings & Intermediate level of proficiency in MS
• Excel and other MS Office programs
• Able working with deadlines and customer requirements
• Familiar with TKDN (Local Content Component)
• Understand tender documents (Scope Of Work) such as specifications, drawings, BoQ& Etc.
• Make an analysis of the unit price of work
• Prepare complete Proposal Commercial documents required in the tender process
• Create an archive of unit price offers from Sub-Cont and suppliers
• Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings and negotiations
• Clarifying the contents of quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements
