Trainer HSSE

Requirements:

• Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas sector in implementing management systems including ISO 45001, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) according to Government Regulation No. 50/2012, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, and integrated HSSE management systems.
• Must have a valid Training of the Trainer certification.
• Must have valid certifications in ISO 45001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System per Government Regulation No. 50/2012, and work permit training.
• Must have experience in creating and delivering effective presentations.
• Must have experience in developing and delivering training packages.
• Certifications in ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 are advantageous.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, evidenced by a TOEFL score of at least 450.
• Experience in preparing and delivering reports on training activities is required.
• Must hold a valid Sea Survival & HUET certification
