CMMS Engineer

Jobs decs:

• Reporting to the Assent integrity Manager
• CMMS Engineer shall ensure the current improvement jobs for existing CMMS TM Master
• To execute the existing CMMS TM Master Implementation for thhe project
• Reviews maintenance plans based on best maintenance practies and provides guidance for improvement in quality of repair obs, reliability, cost effectiveness and time schedules, with an aim to minimize the overall downtimes of facilities
• Reviews the existing practices in maintenance planning / suupport systems / execution methodologies and indentifies improvement oppurtunities
• Coordinates wit FPU Material Control, Wareouse Supercisors and other related legistic staffs to ensuure the availability of spares/materials to match the planned maintenance project, sufficiency of spares, stocks inventory

Requirements:

• Bachelor in engineering discipline
• Over 5-7 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry including practical hands-on experience in CMMS tools, techiques and philosophy
• Excelient written and spoken English, influencing and commuunication skills
• Strong computer competency with knowledge of MS Office applications and comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning like SAP PM & MM, Maximo, TM Master and other CMMS modules
• Having knowledge in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Skilled in optimizing maintenance management processes to improve officiency and reduuce downtime
• Skilled in Spare Peris Management, Data Preparation for SAP PM & MM, Maximo, TM Master and other CMMS modules
